PHASE 1 - GETTING STARTED

  1. Hold an initial meeting with the Client to develop shared perception and mutual understandings.
  2. Gain insight into the business scope, goals, objectives and procedures/processes already in place.
  3. Explain the Qualstanplus® model and how this will interact with Clients' existing method of work.
  4. Agree a date for a "Gap Assessment Profile" to be undertaken to identify potential shortcomings and/or problem areas. Produce a written report.
  5. Discuss the contents of the "Gap Assessment Profile" written report.
  6. Based upon these discussions, agree an implementation programme and submit a proposal for the Client's consideration based upon the extent of work required. Cost of the "Gap Assessment Profile" will be reimbursed in full upon the signing of an agreement with Granger's Consultancy Services.

PHASE 2 - WORKING PROGRAMME

  1. Agree and implement strategies and tactics for designing, developing and implementing the working programme.
  2. Compile a "Governance and Administration Policy" document.
  3. Identify and utilisation of Company's personnel own skills and knowledge.
  4. Design and introduce work processes in a flow-chart format.
  5. Ensure Management and Employees are properly educated on actions undertaken throughout the working programme.

PHASE 3 - MONITORING

  1. Upon completion of the working programme, perform verification audits to verify:
    1. integrity of the work processes that have been implemented
    2. work task responsibilities are understood and manageable
    3. processes are effective in meeting their objective
  2. Discuss and incorporate improvements identified during the verification audits.
  3. Agree an internal audit programme so "continual improvement" can be realised.
  4. Educate Company personnel on the principles and practical use of "self assessment'".
  5. If required, train selected personnel to become competent "Internal Auditors".
